Design it yourself or have it designed
The standard layout costs nothing extra. With Premium and XL, choose to design it yourself in the online personalisation tool (€25) or have our designer create a bespoke design (€75). The standalone Printerbooth has its own text and/or logo option (€39). Separate options apply to AI prompts; the configurator shows what is available for your model.
Choose from more than 100 starter designs in the tool. Adjust the text, colours, images and layout, or use the AI wizard as a starting point for your own background.
From quote to design
- First request a no-obligation quote and select your preferred personalisation.
- After you accept, you will receive the instructions and your order code. You do not need to submit a design with your quote request.
- Open the personalisation tool on a laptop or desktop computer. Choose the print format and layout shown in your confirmation.
- Add names, a date, colours and your own logo or images. You can use a design from Canva or Photoshop, or create a background using an AI prompt.
- Save your work regularly, check spelling and image quality, and submit the result no later than seven days before the event, following the instructions.
For a bespoke design, send us your preferred wording, logos, colours and a short description of the atmosphere. Keep text legible and use sharp images you have permission to use.
Photo strip or large print?
A photo strip measures 5 × 15 cm and is printed as two strips per session. Choose two photo frames with text in the middle, or three photo frames with text at the top or bottom. A large print is 10 × 15 cm, with one, two or four photo frames. The selected model determines which layouts are available.
Always design for the format you selected in the configurator. Keep the photo frames clear and review the preview before submitting the final design.
Your design, in any style you like
You choose the style for your photo strip or photo. You are not limited to a fixed list of themes: from botanical, disco or black and gold to a completely original idea. Match the colours, text, images and logos to your celebration, invitation or branding.
Use an existing design as a starting point or create your own. For an AI background, describe the atmosphere you want and where space should be left for photos and text. Refine the description until the image suits you, then add names and logos in the design tool.
A frame or a different setting in the photo
Personalisation gives the print its own design. To change the setting behind the people, choose the separate custom photo backgroundoption. You can combine both if your selected model supports them.
Delivery and collection take place exclusively at a home or business address. You transport the photobooth to your venue and set it up yourself.
