The service provider is Booth Strategy Group BV, based in Venlo, Chamber of Commerce number 97699594. These terms are based on the Photobooth in Nederland general terms, version 3 dated 1 July 2025.
This website lets you send a no-obligation quote request first. You pay nothing online and are not yet making a confirmed booking. The automatic acknowledgement is not confirmation of a hire agreement. The final quote and confirmation record what has been agreed.
Displayed price estimates include VAT. Standard delivery and collection together cost €65 including VAT; a narrower delivery window may incur a surcharge. Delivery and collection take place only at a home or business address. Customer collection and direct delivery to an external event venue are not available.
Delivery and collection follow the agreed A-Z schedule and are checked and confirmed with your quote. You transport the system to your event venue and set it up yourself. Cancellation terms for a confirmed agreement do not apply merely because you have sent a no-obligation quote request.

Payment must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Objections to invoices do not suspend payment obligations.
Delivery takes place when the Product is made available to the Counterparty. From that moment, the risk of loss, damage or theft transfers entirely to the Counterparty.
Delivery periods are indicative. Booth Strategy Group endeavours to deliver fully and on time. However, Booth Strategy Group can never be held liable for any loss, costs, consequential loss, lost income or other damage arising from:
failure to deliver the system, or failure to deliver it on time;
incomplete delivery of the system;
inability to deliver the system for any reason.
The Counterparty accepts that, in such cases, Booth Strategy Group is required only to refund any amounts already paid for the relevant delivery, without any additional liability for damages. If a delivery period is exceeded, the Counterparty must give Booth Strategy Group written notice of default.
The Counterparty must strictly follow the return instructions on the website.
If the system is returned more than 48 hours after the agreed return date, Booth Strategy Group is entitled to charge additional hire fees at the applicable daily rate for each day beyond the agreed return date.
Late return may result in withholding the security deposit (if applicable).
After 5 working days and two written reminders, failure to return the system will be regarded as theft; a police report will be filed.
The Counterparty’s details may be entered in a national fraud register.
Damage, replacement value, lost income and third-party costs will be recovered in full.
In the event of damage, repair or replacement costs will be recovered in full.
Serious damage may result in a police report and the involvement of a debt collection agency.
The security deposit (if applicable) may be used to offset all or part of these costs.
From delivery until the system has been correctly returned, the Counterparty is fully liable for all damage, regardless of its cause, except where demonstrable manufacturing or transport defects are involved.
The following costs may be recovered in full from the Counterparty:
Repair costs;
Replacement costs where repair is not economically viable;
Transport and investigation costs;
Administrative costs;
Loss of income due to the system being unavailable.
The security deposit (if applicable) may be applied to offset these costs; additional damage will be invoiced directly to the Counterparty.
The Counterparty is expressly prohibited from carrying out repairs itself or engaging third parties to do so.
The Counterparty must inspect the delivered Product within 3 days of receipt and report any defects in writing within the same period.
If defects are not reported in time, all rights to repair, compensation or termination lapse.
Booth Strategy Group is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, non-material damage or any other form of loss.
Furthermore, Booth Strategy Group is never liable for damage, fire, short circuit, personal injury, property damage or any other loss arising at or near the Counterparty’s location that is alleged or otherwise claimed to have been caused by use of the system or equipment supplied by Booth Strategy Group. The Counterparty is fully responsible for the safe placement and use of the system and for managing its surroundings.
The liability of Booth Strategy Group is always limited to the amount paid by its liability insurer or, if no insurance payment is made, to no more than the invoice amount for the relevant delivery or service.
Booth Strategy Group is not liable for damage caused by third parties or by incorrect use of equipment by the Counterparty or those present.
The Counterparty indemnifies Booth Strategy Group against third-party claims relating to use of the system, damage caused by the Counterparty or unlawful acts by persons for whom the Counterparty is responsible.

All photos, videos and other visual materials created using Booth Strategy Group systems are and remain the legal property of Booth Strategy Group at all times.
Booth Strategy Group is entitled to retain and archive these materials and, unless the Counterparty objects in advance, to use them for commercial, promotional, creative or operational purposes.
In the event of force majeure, Booth Strategy Group is entitled to suspend its obligations or terminate the agreement without liability for damages.
