For a quote request, we use your name, email address, optional phone number, home or business address, event date, selected photobooth and extras, guest count and the preferences you provide. For an agreement, this may also include invoicing details, payment information and correspondence about the service.
We use this information to assess your request, check availability, prepare a quote, process your request in the order portal and communicate with you. After an agreement, the necessary data is also used for preparation, delivery, collection, invoicing and support. Processing is based on handling your request before an agreement, performing the agreement or meeting a legal obligation. Where consent is required, we request it separately.
If you choose personalisation or a custom background, the text, logos and files you provide may be used to create your selected design or background. Only submit material you are entitled to use. Photos, videos and any audio recordings form part of the selected service and are processed according to the arrangements in your request or agreement.
Your request and selected options are linked to the BSG order portal. Necessary data may be processed by hosting, email, administration, personalisation and transport providers to deliver the service. We also disclose data where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
We retain personal data no longer than needed for the request, performance of the agreement, handling enquiries or an applicable legal retention obligation.
